Review page missing descriptions

    My review page misses the product descriptions whenever the quantity is chosen first. If the checkbox is checked the descriptions appear.

    this results in sometimes only showing the total and no products before payment which defeats the purpose of the review page

    please help me resolve

    Hello Kristy,

    You might consider using the Review Before Submit widget instead of manually creating a preview of the orders using a Paragraph field.

    I would like this chosen method to work.

    The widget hasn't worked properly for me which is why Jotform support helped me create the current solution.

    Please note that in the "Short Text Properties"/Advanced/Field Details/Field IDs section, the field it uses is #multiSelect-checkbox-33, #input_33

    Maybe that can help you. I am requesting for perhaps code to be written that I could inject into the form to fix it or perhaps this field can be modified somehow to include quantity so that it triggers the Product to print the description in the paragraph properties.

    Hi again,

    I checked the custom solution set-up on the other ticket by inserting product names into Short Text fields using conditions and then into Paragraph field using their unique names.

    Below is a recording of me selecting quantities for products first in hopes to replicate the issue you're reporting, but I was able to see all the preview summary with no issues at all.


    Is the issue perhaps resolved?

    Not resolved.

    Please try selecting quantity 2 or so of the image of America books. Then see what the 2nd page shows.

    it’s not fixed here. Just tried it on my mobile iOS device. Also a problem on android.

    I realize you aren’t seeing it and is difficult to replicate but keep trying and I’m sure you’ll be able to do it. It’s intermittent but mostly happens with the books I’ve noticed.

    Hi Kristy,

    I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the issue. It seems like the conditions to fill the Product fields are not triggered when the quantity is selected first. See demo below.

    I showed Product1 field on purpose.
