some forms contain the wrong email address and there is no way of making the client double check?

Thanks for asking. Please do the following:
1. Right-click the email field and then click Show Properties:
2. Select Yes for Confirmation, close the properties and save the form.
Here's a visual guide posted some time ago by a colleague (I don't recall who it was)
