HIPAA Account: Some submissions are showing as empty in Inbox.

    Hello! I would like to ask for you assistance on this. We have received 2 submissions which do not show the information despite checking in the inbox. However, summary sent in the email show the patient did in fact submitted the form. Thanks!

    Hi,

    As your account has HIPAA enabled, I am not able to check the submissions, but I was able to see that you have required fields on your forms, so the submissions should include answers.

    I have forwarded this to our developers. We do not have an ETA yet, but as soon as we have any updates, we will inform you on this ticket.

    Hello @opoptometry,

    I have checked our database records and your submissions are exist. Since your account is HIPAA compliant, I am not able to view answer details.

    Could you please check them again and let us know if the problem persists?
