Payment issue with my entries- I have called square and they say its not on their end

    Help! We are taking entries for a rodeo and books close on Sunday and we are getting this error when ever people try to enter. What can I do? I spent the morning reaching out to square.

    Hi,

    Kindly please try to reconnect Square to your form. Open the Square payment wizard, change the mode to "test mode", switch it back again to "live", and lastly, connect your Square account.

    Please give it a try and let us know how it goes.
