Can I remove Jotform Name in emails that go to my customer

    Hello, I want to create a form for a website that I'm doing for my customer but I would like the email notifications that go to my customer to not say Jotform on them. Is this possible?  Would this be a custom domain situation?

    This is possible by Changing the Sender Name of the Email Notification.

    To do so:

    First open the Email Notification you want to edit:

    On the top toolbar go to the Setup & Embed category then click on Email Alerts and select the Email Notification (Email Auto Responder) you want to edit:

    When the E-Mail Notification is open, click on Reply-To and Recipient Settings:

    As you can see on the Auto Responder you can type in the custom Sender Name you would like to display on E-mail. Also the E-mail address that you use for your Sender E-mail address can be customized by clicking on the drop down menu next on the Sender Mail option and selecting the Add a Sender Mail option.
