Do you know or do you still have the form URL? We can easily trace the form and move it to your account if we can have the form URL.
I don't know where I would find that. This is the 1st time I've used your site and don't really know what I'm doing yet.
Do you have to submit it, to actually save it? I want to work on it a little at a time, so I wasn't sure if I should submit one that wasn't done.
Hello. Saving it is enough inorder to retain the latest changes you made. I can see 2 of your forms
Please see, if the form or changes you mentioned are from one of the 2 of your forms.
It is possible that you have dropped out from your session or your log in session had expired prior to the creation of the form you mentioned. You can prevent that by logging in with "Remember me" enabled
If you have dropped out from your login session prior to the creation of the form, the form might be saved the a random guest account and might also be the cause why the form is missing from your account. Normally giving us the form link or the form URL like the ones I gave above, will help us to track to which guest account linked to the form.
You can get the form links by clicking the "Preview button" from the Form builder and get its link
However, I already given the 2 form urls that is currently found on your form. Should in case the Saving had failed there is no way to find the latest changes you made. If you are using a VPN somehow I would recommend not to use it while saving a form. In some occasions, it disrupts the saving based on my experience. If you require further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask. Thank you
I think I found more forms that are tied to your email address. Do the last changes you made could be found on these 2 forms which is tied to a guest account?
If should in case these are the changes you made you can easily clone the forms by following our user guide How to Clone an Embedded Form from a Webpage?. Thanks
