My jotform response is not sending

    I accomplished a form on jotform and after clicking the submit button it changes to "Please wait...". Does this mean that my response was not recorded? 1624282524 60d0959cda32c Screen Shot 202 Screenshot 10

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! After doing some digging here, it appears that there is something about your File Upload field that is being caught up when you submit your form. Can you please try deleting and then re-adding the file upload field to this form, and let us know whether this issue persists?
