I created a form yesterday while logged into my account and embedded the form onto the website. Today it's not showing in My Forms. (I do not have a guest account.)
The name of the form is: VCA Product Order Form
This form was created from the form named: Product Order Form
They both are filed in the Shared With You folder named: avr999
Also, when I submitted a couple of tests yesterday after embedding to website, the submissions never arrived.
Would one of you Jotform geniuses please help out here?

This form http://www.jotform.us/form/40124934766154 is owned by the account avr999
I checked your username huguvac and you do not have any form yet under your account.
Could it be the other way around? the username huguvac looks like is the sub-user of the account avr999.
If you are in contact with account avr999, I suggest you communicate with them of your settings.
Hope this help. Please inform us if you need further help.

Thanks, Jonathan. I've sent an email to my client to find more about the avr999 account and how we might access it.
Question: Is it possible to move the forms we have "shared" with avr999 into our current working account?
- EliezerNAnswered on January 15, 2014 at 03:04 PM
We can move forms from one account to another for you as this is something you cannot do from your side, however in this case, since the forms that have been shared with you by avr999 are hosted in the account avr999, then the request to move the forms need to be made while being logged in avr999. Otherwise we cannot move the forms.
Inform us if you need further assistance with this inquiry.
