Upgraded Account but not showing in "My Account"

    I recently made a yearly payment of $90 for JotForm service.  My order number is 59924810

     

    My problem is the account login is binghamtonfirst and I put benjamincolwell@binghamtonfirst.org so it's not showing as the account being upgraded.  Can you please correct this? Is there and 800 number I can call and talk to a person.  I still get an error message saying "Form over Quota"

    Hello Benjamin,

    It might be possible that there was a delay in the processing of your payment. Hence, your account was not upgraded immediately. Anyway, I looked up your account and found out that it is already on Premium status. I also checked each of your forms and they seem to be working fine.

    Can you confirm if you're still experiencing the same issue? Are you still having difficulties with your forms? Let us know if you're having any problems or if you need assistance with regards to anything that is related to your Jotform account.
