We recently reached our jotform limit and have noticed a great deal of people submitting the same jotform over and over. It seems to be counting against our limit each month. One person was allowed to submit a form over 10 times! How are we protected against someone submitting a form a bunch of times and eating up our limit?

Yes you can prevent that from happening by changing the settings in your form preferences. Open the form in the form builder, click the Setup and Embed tab and then click Preferences. Select the Advanced tab from the box that opens. You have can restrict the submissions by cookie or by IP address. If you expect multiple submissions from the same network, then IP address might be too restrictive since computers on the same network often share the same external IP address.
