I would like to embed a form in a page on a joomla webpage only accessible for logged in users.
How can I automatically get the username input in the form when people fill in the form?
(and, if possible, the email address corresponding to the username).

Thanks, but I don't want to ask the user to log in.
The user would in fact already be logged in before accessing the form. I simply would like to connect the data the user is inputing to the user without having to ask again the user to fill in his/her name.

I believe you want to capture the Username of your website member automatically when they fill out your form? With custom coding and using your form source that would be possible I was thinking of fetching the data in your database. The problem with this is this will require programming skills to achieve it like PHP and MySQL program. Honestly I haven't tried this and I'm not sure if this is an easy task. Jotform can only insert data into your database but i'm not sure if it can pull out to get the username info.
