Wie kann ich kostenloses Formular erstellen?

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich habe mich gerade bei Ihnen registriert aber ich verstehe nicht ganz- ich habe eine Möglichkeit ausgewählt Free (5 Formulare), welche sind das denn? Wo finde ich die 5 Formulare, die nix kosten? Kostet für mich dieses Wahl Free was, 5 Formulare, entstehen sonst welche Kosten wenn ich dieser Service nutze?
