Unable to generate a PDF

Good morning!

After working on this form and creating multiple PDF previews all morning, I now cannot get it to generate a PDF and get a gray screen indicating the same.

Any idea why?

There was a temporary issue regarding the PDF reports, that our developers have now fixed.
May I ask you to try to generate a PDF again, and see if you are able to do so now?
