You can add an image to the email notification. To do so, click on Settings -> Emails -> Click the pencil icon to edit it. In the editor, click "Insert Image" and either upload or provide the link to the logo you'd like to use.
On the same page, you can add your header and customize it using the provided tools in the editor.
Note: Make sure that the logo isn't huge to ensure that it doesn't break the format of the email's body

Our JDP logo is appearing on the emails received, but we would like the logo to be included on the forms that we print. Is there a way to make that adjustment?

Yes, there is. Just add the logo to the form itself. When it is printed, it should look exactly what it looks like when being viewed online.
Is this not what's being printed?
The logo is included at the top. Please share with us the URL to the form so we can further check.
We'll be waiting for your response.

I see, thanks for confirming.
It looks like you're printing the submission from JotForm Inbox. It won't have the logo at all based on my testing.
I suggest you load the submission using our PDF-Editor. To launch the PDF-Editor, please see the screenshot below:
Here's the URL where you can print the submission along with your logo:

Is there a way print the form in the landcape mode to take up less space and possibly make the font a little smaller?
