Template sharing not working.

    I had tried many time to sahre a Form as Template today, it seem to happen, but when I go to look for the template like "KONTAC-Comunity" or 'KONTAC", under HHRR services, is not listed.

    How can I exchange or move a FORM from an account to another ( both free acoounts)?

    I checked your account "KONTAC", but didn't find any form. Can you please share to us the form URL you are trying to share? If you want to move a form we can move it for you. Let us know the URL and the username of the account where you want to form to be transferred.

    In this case, maybe the easiest way would be to log into the other account and clone the current form from it's url: https://www.jotform.com/help/27-how-to-clone-an-existing-form-from-your-account

    Could you please make sure you are logged in from this account rcamacho@kontaccr.com, then you have to open this link https://form.jotform.com/211748395143863 and clone it from there, please try that and let us know. Also, you may try a different browser, and clear the browser's cache.
