    Hello

Each form you create at Jotform works in an independent way. This means that you can associate different emails to different forms.

To do that you can go to "Setup and Embed"> Email alerts > Notification > Reply-To and Recipient Settings and change the "Recipient Email" into the selected email address.

You can have the same paypal address in 2 different stores and you can have more than one address linked to your paypal account.

    Hope it helped

    Regards

    C.

    Hello John,

Are you clicking on the "Test Email" button of your form's email alert? Please be noted that "Test Email" button will only send the test email to your account email address and not to the "Recipient Email" address you have input in your notification alert.

Upon checking your form's notification setting, I found that you have correctly done the setup to send submission email to "info@mytastecard.com".

To test your newly added notification alert, you should click on the "Preview" button of your form editor and click on the submit button of your live form.

This guide should help you find out the email address which is used to receive submission emails: https://www.jotform.com/help/41-Finding-out-E-mail-Address-used-for-submission-notifications

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

    Hello John,

Upon checking your form, I found that you have added two email alerts in your form. One (Notification 1) is sending submission emails to "info@mytastecard.com" while the other one (Notification 2) is sending to "mytastecard@gmail.com".

You need to delete one of the email address which is not required. This guide should help you on how to delete notification email alert:  https://www.jotform.com/help/132-How-to-Delete-Notifications-Autoresponder

    Hope this helps.

    Thank you!
