i think you have unresolved issues with multiple submission from same user.
1-submission report is overwritten, therefore losing information
2-filenames: if a user submits files with same name (in different submissions) it is not clear what happens (it looks to me that the newer file is not uploaded). in any case, either file is lost.
in both cases i think that automatic renaming of files and submission report would do the trick.

yes, these issues are related to the files that get transfered to the dropbox folder.

I am encountering this myself. We use a form to collect info from users who want to schedule an appointment. We require a form each time an appointment is made. We want to collect all of these forms in dropbox. It makes sense that the first time a user fills out a form, a folder is created on dropbox (like it is intended) with the users name (is that is how it is set-up - it is in my case). The next time the form is completed, only the pdf is uploaded so that the Dropbox folder now shows the user's name and inside - two pdf's.
This is only half the problem, because there will be times my users will need to edit a submission. In that case a new pdf isnt created - the one being edited gets overwritten in dropbox. This currently isn't working and I have discussed this in a previous thread.
Any suggestions to address these issues?

lshad24, we are very sorry for the delay regarding these issues. However, I would like to inform you that both issues have been already addressed to our developers. Unfortunately, we can not provide any ETA at this time, but we hope it will be fixed quickly. Once the new information will be available we will update this thread.

This is a problem for me as well. One example is a form I use to collect employee time off requests. This doesn't work well with dropbox though. Every time an employee submits a request, the previous request in their dropbox folder gets replaced with the new request. This means if an employee makes more than one request, only the most recent is in dropbox. I can fix this by using a unique id for the dropbox folder, but then I have no idea which file is for which employee without opening them one by one.
