    I want to upgrade to Premium service. When I click ht button on the pricing page, nothing happens.

    I am logged on to my jotform account.  I click on pricing.  I click on the upgrade button...but nothing happens.  HELP

    Yes. Thanks. I went to another machine and the problem went away. There must have been a pop-up involved that was interfering with the process. BTW: I got an additional reply with a link in it. When I go to the link, it takes me to a jotform support forum page. That page just blinks at me as if it’s just constantly reloading or something. I don’t need to follow the link anymore, so it’s not of immediate concern. Maybe it’s just my machine (a different one that either of the machines yesterday). But, maybe it’s indicative of another problem you want to fix? Here’s the link:

    @DanBlum, yes you are right. Please check your browsers or antivirus if they have some sort of Anti-Popup or Popup-Blocker plugins enabled. This might affect the Upgrade Fill up form Popup.

    Can you share with us this link that you mentioned which is not working? For the meantime, the thread is probably set to private. Make sure that you are correctly logged in to the right account that was involved on that thread. You may also try clearing your browser's caches and logging in with your account again before accessing the forum link you mentioned. Please let us know if this issue persists. Thank you

    You cannot access the other thread if you are logged with DanBlum account, because that thread was opened under another user firefightersfathead and it's private. So only that user and the support staff can see it

    Besides that, I think you are all set
