JotForm HIPAA Compliance

Hi,

I got a notice that some medical and other sensitive information of mine was stored through a Jotform (via floweretmd.com). I wanted to confirm that this information is being stored in a HIPAA compliant manner?

The email didn't say anything and was initially very worried as it appeared like a basic Google Form.

For a future improvement, it would be great for you to include the security information in future notices to give customers peace of mind!
