Approval Workflow: increase conditional branches higher than 20.

    Good Afternoon,

    We would like your assistance on how best to proceed. We are creating a form for Financial Assistance that people would request. There is a field on the form called "Constituencies" for 6 of the districts, so in total there are 31 Constituencies. When a form is submitted and the approval is done by the a Manager and we would like the respective person in that constituency to receive an email of the approval. I assumed doing it via conditional branches would've worked however it seems as if there is a limit of 20 branches. What other way can we achieve this ? Based on research we can change the email recipient based on users answers however that wouldn't allow them to receive an email for the approval right ? Grateful for your assistance!

    Based on your requirement, you can only do it via Approval Workflow app, but with the limitation, I would suggest that you split the 31 Constituencies in two different forms.

    Maybe 20 on the first form and 11 on the second form. Since the emails are predefined, you can share Form 1 for those first 20 emails and Form 2 for the 11 emails. Either ways, it will still send an email to the manager because of the approval process.

    Since this feature is a limitation at the moment, I have also forwarded this to our L2 team as a feature request. In case this gets implemented, we'll try to notify you via this ticket.
