Could you please move the forms on my Studi0 account (free) to this account (creativeservicesCRF).
My colleague said that this information would be enough but if you do need any further information then please let me know.

For security reasons, we need the request to actually come from the account from where the forms needs to be moved.
As your free account is already over quota and the account email address of both the account is your official domain, I have moved the forms from your free account to "creativeservicesCRF" account.

So I take this is done - so in the future where ever the Free account move to Paid account - I need to use the free account email for this request?

Yes this is taken care of.
When you send us a request for form transfer, the request should come from origin account and not the destination account.
