How do I make a grid with multiple types of questions?Asked by mbombasi on January 17, 2014 at 10:22 AM
I want to make a survey where I can ask 3 questions of each topic and each question would have a different way to answer (Rate, dropdown, and text) see attached for an example.
Is this possible?
Thank you for contacting us. It seems that this is very possible to do from the Form Builder. You can then break different topics using "Form Collapse" fields or perhaps a "Header Field".
Please see this demo form. I have used here "Form Collapses","Scale Rating", "Dropdown" and "Textboxes" to replicate your draft. Is this what you are trying to achieve? You may clone the demo form by following our user guide How to Clone an Embedded Form from a Webpage? and clone the demo form link I gave. Please let us know if this is not the one you want. Thank you
