Lost old form

Hi,

Because of Covid, we did not use JotForm to do our form for our activities, because they were cancel. So It been over a year now that we have not connect to JotForm. When I re-connect this morning, I find out that my old form were all delete/missing.

Is there a way to get those old form back ? Because I've put a lot of time into it and just re-using the same one every year with little change to it.

Your account has only 1 form without any submission data.

Can you please share the form URL of the form that is missing or with missing submission data?

I've check with my administration, and they have change the username and password. I found what was need.
