How to find out who submitted the form

    Hi,

    Is there a way to find out who submitted the form if we didn't ask their email or name?

    It only shows IP address. Thanks!

    Thank you for contacting JotForm Support.

    If you did not ask for a name or email address in your form, then, unfortunately, there will be no other way to know who submitted the form. The only detail that the form captures from the submitter is the IP address. All other details need to be requested by you in the form fields.
