    I visited your page, scrolled to the bottom and submitted the paypal order form. It worked fine and I was asked to pay the amount. So, I am not sure what you mean by the browken image tags?

    Hi Aytekin,

    I'm curious about your support schedule. Here you are responding a question about something which you cannot reproduce but my question from yesterday is ignored.

     

    Let me reproduce it here in hope it will get more atention:

    I need to download my submissions, I've tried downloading in Excel and CSV with no luck. I also have an Excel report which isn't working.

    I've been having problems downloading submissions this month. Sometimes a download dialog appears but it closes when I click the download button, other times nothing appear at all.

    Sorry if you felt your concern was ignored. Each thread in the support is important to us, and more important for us to provide a resolution or at least a workaround to your issues.
