Why is Captcha not working on my Website Form?

Asked by barbaraingram on January 17, 2014 at 02:56 PM

On several occassion, when I copy the code to put in my website, the Captcha block is just an image of a spinning wheel like it's thinking. It is showing up on my published websites that way too. Why is this happening and how do I stop it?

I can see what you mean but fortunately it is not the form after inspecting this problem more where I can see it is working on your form's standalone version. It appears that there may be a conflict with the script that runs your captcha and the scripts used to run your website. If possible I would like to suggest that you try using an iFrame since this would frame the form script preventing conflict inside and out so that it can work on your website. Please try that to see if it makes a difference and let us know.
