Form not working properly on a phone

We are using a JotForm on our website. Everything looks good and works properly from a desktop, but when people try to fill in the form from their phones, they are having issues. The phone won't display the form in its entirely. It stops about halfway down and you can't get to the bottom of it. I have attached a screenshot. What you see in the screenshot is as far as it goes. I hope you can help. Thanks!

Nevermind!

I fixed it.

I found the code that makes up the form when you embed it onto a page.

The scroll was set to "no" so I changed it to "yes."

That's all it took.
