I have added a form collapse box to my form, but it doesn't display on the form. It's a problem in the CSS, I think, but I'm not sure how to fix it.Page URL:

I have looked into the form via form editor and could not find any form collapse field in it. But I was able to find a form collapse in a different form (Seminar Information).
Here is the link: http://www.jotform.com/form/11790556599
Can you tell us if this is what you're referring to?

I had to remove the form collapse box because it was not functioning properly and needed the form posted. What I ended up doing was making the separate Seminar Information form code, downloading the registration form code and copying and pasting to make the functionality work.
I have a clone of the original form here: http://www.jotform.com/form/11794322595 It has a form collapse section in it, but it appears on every page and contains the submit button. This is different from my last issue where the form collapse section did not appear at all and hid the next and back buttons.
THANKS for the help!

Thank you for the clarification.
The form collapse field tool unfortunately cannot be enclosed or be placed inside the page brake field tool. So you will have to find other means to present your form, or just like what you did as your alternative.
