I do not get emails from my forms when used on my site. The test works emails only work.Asked by pkoroll on January 17, 2014 at 08:37 PM
I have it set to send to my email and link to a seperate html. But the email submissions don't go to my email from the website.
Some of your form doesn't have a notification email settings and some of the form has it but the configuration is incorrect. I've fixed it for you. Kindly submit another test to the live form and check your email inbox and spam folder.
I would also suggest adding email@example.com to your contact list and safe sender list - you can do this since you are using Hotmail address. Follow this steps:
Inbox > Options > Safe and blocked senders > Safe senders
Thanks for the quick reply. When I do a submission on my site I still don't get an email to my firstname.lastname@example.org account, only see it in Jotform email. When I do a test on Jotform then I see it in my email@example.com. On the form builder it shows that my firstname.lastname@example.org is the default email so I'm little confused.
