Why is the standard PayPal intergration not working?

    I'm using the free version of PayPal and the free of JotForm. I've created a simple registration form to process payments using PayPal, but was prompoted with a "Sorry — your last action could not be completed" message from PayPal (see attached screenshot).

    I have two PayPal accounts - one as the payee and payer I'm using to test this intergration form/ PayPal option. 

    Can you please help me solve this issue. Thank you!

    One possible explnation is that you are logged into the account to which you would like to make a payment or PayPal somehow knows you recently logged into it because of cookies.

    Because when I submit your form I do not get the same error. Here is the screenshot:
