My forms are not sending submission data by email

I will describe the problem by using one of our forms as an example.

    SPARS Membership Renewal Form
    http://spars.com/join/renew-membership/

This form was working with three email notifications:

    info@spars.com
    spars@spars.com

    Autoresponder notification also

Not only are the email notifications not working, the submitted material is not being received in the on-line Form data area. In other words the submission data does not show up under the Form Listing.

The form is integrated with PayPal. When I saw the the payments were coming through PayPal, but the data was not being recieved (email and Jot Form on-line) I double checked all the email notifications and even added another additional info@spars.com. I then filled in a form and went through the PayPal interface. The PayPal transaction works, but the form data is not being submitted.

I do not know of anything I have done to change the form or its behavior. Please provide any ideas you might have that could affect the behavior of the form.

    Thank you

Please disregard this post. I now see the issue of JotForm holding the form data until PayPal completes the transaction. I now remember this policy was changed. I had forgotten about the change. I can go to the held submissions page when PayPal completes the payment and release the submissions... it's just a hassle.

I know the policy is to hold the submission until PayPal completes the payment. but the form is still not being released after the payment. Some of the submissions were over two weeks old.

Either way I can handle the issue as long as I know the drill. PayPal submissions are held until PayPal is complete (which means permanent). Since I always get a notice from PayPal with in a few minutes, I now know to sign in to jotForm to release the form data. Just would rather not do it maunually.

Do love the interface and ease of use. You guys are great to have for forms... Paul...
