Creating a dependancy on my form

Asked by D_J_S on January 18, 2014 at 09:58 AM

I would like to give users the option to select a number between 1 and 10 using radio buttons. Depending on the amount selected I would like that number of new text fields to show. Is this possible with jot form?

ie. I select "3" and three seperate questions appear that must be filled in. If i select "7", seven appear etc...

    Thanks

    radio buttons selected select thanks

    Hi,

Yes. This is very much doable on the form.

Please review this guide that should help accomplish this
