The recent problem with custom domains not working at all ...
..... appears to be on the mend
However, all reports are showing the following error box on loading which is not cool for my clients ....
Can this be attended to please?

Only forms were supposed to be served on custom domains, that's why a recent security fix blocked non-jotform domains for certain reporting functions. We have temporarily patched the problem until we can come to a permanent solution that includes custom domains.
We will send you an update until then.

That kind of statement scares the shit out of me ...
I've been using custom domains on reports for ages ... have had multiple forum posts on it regarding their performance ... i mean even changing the page title on them took months to get rid of the jotform word ... and now I'm advised that custom domains were never supposed to be used with reports....
Respectfully ... I 've put in days and days of effort for you to improve this element of the service ... from a user perspective ... whether it be months getting thumbnails of pics in reports ... to lightbox of images ... to getting filepicker working with EXIF data so the godamn pics are the correct prientation ... all for grid reports to be "The Bomb"
Its a KEY FEATURE ... all these widgets and stuff ... I'd sacrifice the lot for stable brandable reports any time ... exactly as I have been using them.
So .. after all the sweat and tears to get to this point of branded reports that are superb to use ... I don't want to have to explain to my clients that the error box is here to stay everytime they access their company-branded reports.
You see my interpretation of this statement ....

is, from experience, meaning ... we ain't gonna do anything ... it's my gut instinct ... I have hundreds of forum post "waiting for" ... just a massive graveyard of "Will-do's"
Is this error box thing being addressed ?

The error box is fixed, but temporarily like what I've said.
We are on a security fix marathon, and we are going to come up with permanent security solutions, custom domains included.

Yeah .. the Error box is not doing its thing now ... that rant was a waste of time then ;-)
