How do I relate a set of multi-select checkboxes in Jotform to salesforce fields?

I am trying to integrate a salesforce custom object with Jotform. The Jotform sees certain fields but not others. On my Jotform I have questions that allow multiple checkboxes to be selected. In salesforce I have these files duplicated as multi-select pick lists. Jot form integration does not see these. What am I doing wrong?
