I ALREADY PAID SUBSCRIPTION BUT MY LIMIT IS NOT YET REPLENISHED

    Hi, I just paid my monthly subscription yesterday for the period of June 30 to July 30, 2021 but my submission limit hasn't replenished yet. I received an email that I will no longer receive submission by 12pm EST today since it already reached the limit. PLEASE FIX THIS AND REPLENISH MY ACCOUNT SINCE I ALREADY PAID.

    Here's the proof of payment and email I received.

    We performed a quota recalculation through our admin dashboard.
    Could you please check if the problem still persits?
