My settings is set to include the completed PDF form in the email notification however this is not working. Emails are received without the attachment.
See screenshot of settins below and let me know what I can do to correct this

Howdy kohn810,
Thank you for reporting this issue. I have created a clone of your form and I was able to receive both PDF Attachments by toggling the Original PDF and PDF Attachment options off and then on again. For clarity, please follow along with the animated guide below.
After this, I can see the PDF Attachments on both of the Emails.
Please let us know if you're still unable to receive the PDF Attachment on new emails.

We apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced an issue with the PDF system and received an update from our backend team that the issue should be fixed by now. You should be receiving the emails with PDF attachments. If you still notice any issue, please do let us know. We will be happy to take a look again.
