Account locked, but all files have been deleted

    Hello,

    I'm getting information that my forms are locked because I'm over quota, but I deleted all of the content from my account and should now have more than enough space.

    If the files didn't delete properly, I don't know how to find where they are still being stored and delete them there.

    I'm attaching a screenshot of my account as it currently stands from my user interface, showing that I have lots of space available.

    Please help :)

    You may delete the files from the Trash folder this way:
