    Hi there!

I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Please elaborate on your inquiry further so we can be of help. Are you saying that the submission date captured in the table is 4 hours ahead?

Would it be okay with you if we submit dummy data into the form so we can further investigate? Additionally, please confirm what timezone you're in.

We'll be waiting for your response.

    My time zone is GMT+9

    https://www.jotform.com/tables/210484150467453

    My form says

at the top green zone : Last updated at 8:43 AM

    but

the #1 (most recent) answer shows " July 3, 2021 12:43", which should be 8:43 as above.

    Please help..

"all changes saved at 8:43" was seen just before I took this screen shot..

"Are you saying that the submission date captured in the table is 4 hours ahead?"

--> yes.. time stamp from the future..

"Would it be okay with you if we submit dummy data into the form"

    --> okay

    Thanks confirming.

The time in "All changes saved and Last updated" includes any changes to the tables.

This doesn't only include receiving new submissions but any changes made to the tables.

Here are some screenshots for your reference:

sorry you don't get the point yet..

if you see the 4 recent post(top left)

    and downloaded excel file(rignt)

    and check the exact time(bottom left), where i'm on(GMT +9) : which is 14:22:44

so, the 4 recent post should be

    2021/07/03 13:42:52

    2021/07/03 13:36:01

    2021/07/03 12:25:47

    2021/07/03 11:50:13

Since your form receives submissions from time to time, the top 4 submissions on your screenshot may no longer be the top 4 submissions when we check your form.

As such, kindly share the submission ID alongside the submission date.

In the meantime, I have cleared your form cache. Kindly check as well if the issue still persists.

ok.. thanx for your support but i don't have any change..

i've using Jotform since Feb.2021, and I had no such discrepancies at all.

    whenever i receive new submmision,

it has 4 hours future time (GMT+13)

on both Jotform table and google spreadsheet connected,

whereas I'm living in GMT+9 areas,

    from 2 days ago..

try dummy data and fix it please...

I've just tried sending a dummy data and it seems to be fine when I view it:

You are just an hour ahead of me. Please check it from your end again.
