We are a marketing agency providing print and online jobs here in Munich/Germany.
We would like to set up forms into websites from our clients. Though they do have just 10 - 50 transmission a month each we would like to ask you following questions:
Is it from a legal point of view OK if we generate forms and include them onto different websites?
Can we upgrade to premium - are alle transmission from forms we have created summed up despit of whrere they are included?
We appreciate your answer.

Thank you for posting your inquiry.
Yes, you can place your forms on different websites, there is no limit for it.
And yes, you can upgrade to premium, and downgrade anytime as well. All submissions are accumulated to one submissions list for each form that you have created. So it does not matter how many websites you have placed a single form, it's just the number of submissions that you receive that you will need to look onto.
I hope my answer sheds some light to your concerns.
If you have other questions or concerns, please do let us know.
