- wfcregistrationAsked on June 25, 2010 at 11:11 AMI was testing a new form and noticed the data in email notification is showing the fields from the cloned form I used, instead of the new fields I changed/added. The exported excel file is showing the accurate fields, but this is going to cause a huge confusion/issue for the person receiving the email notifications. Is there a fix for this?
- JotForm FounderaytekinAnswered on June 28, 2010 at 09:18 AMTry deleting the email and then re-creating it. It should reset it.
There is a delete email button on the left bottom corner of the email wizard. You can use that to delete an email.
