Why can't import? The import bar no run

    hello, I tried upload my csv file to jotform for few times... but it still is like this.

    May I suggest that you try the import feature of the Jotform Tables on your Google Chrome browser that is not in incognito mode, please?

    Still Same.... it don't load....

    May I know What's the number limit of importing data from csv?

    May we know if you follow the guide on this page? https://www.jotform.com/help/1001-how-to-import-data-in-jotform-tables

    If yes, may we know how many are you trying to import? There's no limit to using the import app but it might take a while if you're trying to submit more data. Please try using a different internet browser for testing purposes only and see if the issue still persists.

    YES, it still failed when I straight import data. I tried more than 10 times, still it won't load. I think is my file too big?? I guess, coz its 2000+ contact list.

    but I manage to upload it, when I create the table first, then go into the table, and use another tab to import it.

    If you look at the instructions in the guide you'll notice that the data is uploaded in a new Tab in an existing Table. Kindly confirm if you are trying the same?
