First-off ... this works really well so I don't want it ripped apart so that what's working ... gets broken.
I notice that if I bring in a new filepicker widget into a form and configure it ... the Amazon Upload Path is not propagating through into the S3 management Console.
If I duplicate one of my existing forms that I use as a template ... there is no issue with the Amazon Upload Path ... it works perfectly.
So, I would guess that the new filepicker widget is missing something relating to the Amazon S3 upload path because I can't get it to work.
Happy to test if you pass this on to Ken ...
PLEASE DON'T MAKE CHANGES THAT AFFECT MY EXISTING FILEPICKER INTEGRATIONS
Can you please elaborate the problem further? Is the filepicker widget not working at all (for new integrations, at least)?
Jotform needs to test the Filepicker widget with a filepicker account and an Amazon S3 account.
Jotform should try an upload and see if the S3 directory path is created.
I don't think this is happening when the widget is added fresh to new forms.
My workaround is to use existing forms that contain the filepicker widget as templates ... thses work and are currently creating the Amazon S3 path correctly.
I think there is an issue with new forms and the widget ... I couldn't get the directory path to happen in Amazon S3.
HOWEVER, i'D RATHER YOU DID NOTHING THAN BREAK WHAT IS WORKING. I DO NOT WANT MY LIVE FORMS SUDDENLY HAVING A JOTFORM "WE'VE BEEN DICKING AROUND WITH THE CODE AGAIN" THING WHICH SEEMS TO HAPPEN EVERY WEEK.

Just to be clear ... personally I don't have a problem as i can clone a form and all is well.
But I thought I should flag up the fact that I was scratching my head as to why folders were not being created in Amazon S3 on adding the filepicker widget to a new form.
It's something you guys need to test and reproduce really.
I don't have an issue ... but i reckon it will catch up with me one day ;-)
So, get Ken to do a test ... or me as I have the whole infrastructure in place to be able to do so.
