Downgrading Service

    Like many others, I need to downgrade my service.  I see that I can upgrade by clicking a single button on the "Pricing" page, but that there is no option to downgrade.  When I try to cancel, I am directed to a Plimus page for which I don't know the password.  Please downgrade our service to the free version until I need to upgrade again, and it would be very helpful in the future if there were a button on the "Pricing" page that would let me do this on my own.

    Hi Jeff,

    As requested, we have cancelled yur Premium account. Your Premium account privileges will remain until 2011-07-08. You will not be billed until you resubscribe again.
