Emailing form with Quick-link vs Email tab

    Good day,

    What is the difference between:

    • sending my form link on the publish-page that displays when the left hand 'Quick Share' is open "Direct link for your form: where one can also add 5 email addresses?
    • And going into the Email tab on the left and then choose "share on email" and sending the form to 5 different recipients from there?

Also, we will be sending out at least 10 forms a day - how can I pre-program the message displayed in the email body for it to be set as the same message that does not have to be re-typed each time? This is for the Email-tan - Share on email, and not the quick-link tab.

    Thank you so much!

    Greetings.

If you are using the Invite by Email option from the Quick Share menu, you will assign a form to your users. This way, they need to create a JotForm account, and depending on the settings, they can only access the form, access the form and submissions (only the one they have submitted), or access the form and modify the submissions they have sent:

If you are using the Share on Email option, you will simply send them a form link. They can open this link without creating a JotForm account and fill the form. This way, they only have access to the form you have created.

Unfortunately, you can't set a template for this email. The only solution would be to use CTRL+A to select the complete message and then CTRL+V in a new form to paste the text to it. Just make sure you update the form URL.
