When my secure forms are submitted to me the information is coming in out of order. Some questions are skipped and in the wrong order on the form. When I look at the form on jotform it is correct, but the submitted forms are jumbled. How do I fix this? Thank you.

Do the form results (submissions) look OK when you check using this link?
If they are, then you must be refferring to how the results look on the email notification.
You may want to create a new email notification to address this. You can arrange the results exactly how you want them using this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications

to my email, the sections that are not completed are included on the end of
the form instead of being left out. If I look at the form on the Jotform
site, the unanswered sections are omitted. I can print from the jotform
website. Trying to conserve paper. Thanks. Lynn

You may also hide empy fields on your form as shown below:
You can then arrage the way your form results will be sent on email by editing the layout of your email notification:
