Where does Jotform store the data from form submissions?

Hi there,

JotForm data centers are located in the US and Germany. We have 2 data centers in the US (Texas and Virginia) and 1 data center in Germany.

If you are from US then your submissions will be stored on US servers. However, if you want to store your data in Germany or the EU region, you can still do that.

Please go to your account data settings: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/data

Then enable the "Store my data only in Europe (Germany)".

If your account is HIPAA-Enabled, then the submission data is stored on a separate, encrypted HIPAA Compliant server.
