I have the same problem with the following form: http://www.jotform.com/form/10242945852 The test emails within the system come thru, but any submissions are not recorded and notification email is not sent. Please help - thanks!

Probably has something to do with the payment response. I have the same issue on forms I'm currently testing. I don't get emails or submissions when using worldpay as the payment response doesn't work.

I'm using Paypal - never had any trouble until today when I just wanted to "freshen up" the form with the new nice "Ajax-ish" features. When I saved it and tried to submit - it went through to Paypal with correct amounts, but no record of it in the system and no confirmation email. The internal email confirm test works ok though. I B Stumped. :-P

If it is anything like worldpay, the test emails work because it isn't submitting a payment. For it to work on worldpay the payment has to be completed and then it has to log a callback to tell jotform it has successfully been paid & then the submission and email will be sent. Sounds like you are having a similar issue as me but you are using Paypal. Very strange indeed!

Thanks - so, maybe I'm learning something new I should have known before... I never experienced a direct connect between Paypal and this form before. It always seemed to pass it off to Paypal and send me the posted data via email. (An earlier version functional disconnect?) I guess now I'm the disconnected one ;-) How may I test/check this without having to pay myself over and over? Thanks Update: I sent a post with $0 and it bypassed Paypal and sent the notice - nice! I guess one payment to myself won't hurt to test this fine form tool. ;-) Tnx. Have a great weekend all.

I don't know I've been testing worldpay by buying products at 0.01p(UK) or if your in the U.S 0.01 cent. So far it hasn't worked. I have a few posts on this issue: http://www.jotform.com//answers/3110-Submissions-not-email-or-showing-up-in-submissions and also have this one http://www.jotform.com/answers/3173-Worldpay-Issues-Callback#3

Well, I paid myself $1. It went through Paypal all the way, but no record or email confirmation. Now, I know I'm set up with Paypal. Today when i ran the wizard to clean some text up it had a final screen talking about Worldpay, which seemed out of place at that juncture since I made no indication I was using Worldpay, because I am not. Looks like something for support to investigate. Jotform wizards, help plz!

We have just added a "Pending Submissions" button on the "Submissions" page. You can see and "Complete" pending submissions there. Of course, we will still investigate any issues with payment integrations.

We have fixed the WorldPay message on the last page of the payment wizards. It was supposed to be only on WorldPay integrations but it was accidentally being shown on all integrations.

I see completed payments for 10242945852. So, the integration seems to be working fine.

Thank you! It looks great. Just one more thing (isn't it always?;-) It would be cool to have an email notification sent for each stage: Pending Submission and Completed Submission - sometimes customers take too long to find their credit card and the Paypal page "times out" and when they return (sometimes after begging the boss for the corporate card) to put in their numbers, it's timed out and they get discouraged and we lose a sale. Boils down to that we just want the option of reminding/emailing them when they have a pending post that has sat for X number of time and encourage them to follow through with payment. Thoughts? -tnx
