    Issue with "Form over quota"?

    It says that it is over quota. My account status says 19 of 100 used.


    Please advise.

    That particular form is in the account MobileOne and it has, in fact, exceeded the allocated submisssions for free accounts. The submissions counter should be reset today. You can just wait for it to be reset so that the account will be activated and the form re-enabled.

    Not exatcly sure what you mean by MobileOne account.  I have a folder named MobileOne in my account.  This account showed 19 submissions of 100.  Not sure how the account was exceeded?  

    FYI - The account did reset and the form now works.  It shows 0 of 100 submissions currently.

    first day of the month.

    I'm still unclear about the "over quota". Could you explain how the account was exceeded when it showed 19 of 100 as my usage?  The account was not at 100 submissions.

    May we ask if you have forms that either collect payment or are embedded into your website as a secure form? If your answer is yes to any of these, it could be possible that you've reached the maximum number of payment submissions and/or SSL submissions, both of which are limited to 10 per month.

    Not that I can see.  The link above doesn't look secure if I'm seeing it correctly and it doesn't require payment.

    Hi Carlo,

    What I mean to say in my response is that this particular form was not created under your account Carlo21 but rather in another account MobileOne. As to who registered the MobileOne account, that I have no idea of.

    Now, this particular form has reached more than 100 submissions that is why the form was disabled.  Your account Carlo21 showed only 19 of 100 submissions because that form is not in it.

    The url for a similar form under your account Carlo21 is http://www.jotform.com/form/1461448427 while the url of the form that you are using, which is under the account MobileOne is http://www.jotform.com/form/1801833399

    These forms may look the same but they are actually two different forms created under different accounts.

    I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.
