I am trying to cancel my subscription and am unable to cancel

    After clicking cancel from the my account page, i am taken to a Plimus page. My Jotform username and/or password does not work, thus i am unable to cancel my subscription.

    Hi Jeff,

    As requested, we have cancelled your JotForm Premium account. It will take effect on 2011-07-11. Until then, you will still enjoy Premium access on your accounts. You will no longer be billed in the future.
