If I edit my form, will the QR Code still be Valid?

Please Advise: I've printed several postcards with the QR code to my jot-form. We are just now beginning to distribute the postcards (with the QR code) to large groups of people.

**If I edit the form, will the QR code still be valid? I'd like to change the TITLE of the form and modify one of the questions on the form. However, it's important that the QR code still works.

Please let me know if I can confidently change the form without damaging the link and the QR code we've been sharing to access the form.
